To rent out apartments is an old idea of us. While travelling we noticed again and again, the mixture between a small hotel and a furnished apartment allows much more freedom then a hotelroom in a big international chain. Spacious and often carefully designed spaces provide the possibility to submerge into a different world of thoughts with an personal touch. The wish to create a comfortable and not expensive way to stay and work was nourished especially through regulary work stays abroad, where the accommodation was mostly provided by generic and depressive business hotels.
